Help keep your pet safe with a lightweight, personalized ID tag made for everyday wear. Choose a design and color, add your pet’s name to the front, and include important contact or microchip information on the back for a tag that is both stylish and functional.
Because most Creative Spirit products are personalized or made specifically for you, custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selection, or errors in the personalization details submitted with the order. Please carefully review all names, dates, wording, colors, and shipping information before completing your purchase. Designs approved through a proof will be engraved exactly as approved.
I take pride in my work and want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order because of an error on my part, please contact me at creativespirit.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, I will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellation requests are accepted only if production or design work has not yet begun. Ready-made, non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery with prior approval. These items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for approved return-shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Natural differences in wood grain, leather texture, slate edges, engraving tone, and product color are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects. This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Every Creative Spirit order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to help it arrive safely and ready to enjoy or give as a gift. Because many of my products are personalized or made to order, processing times may vary. The current estimate will be listed on the product page and begins once all personalization details and design approvals are complete.
Available shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Tracking information will be provided when available. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. While carrier delays are outside my control, I will always do my best to assist if your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged. Please contact me promptly with your order number and photos of any damage.
